1241. Hepatitis C Cascade of Care in a Multidisciplinary Substance Use Bridge Clinic Model

Abstract Background Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is common among persons who inject drugs. Treating HCV in patients present for treatment of substance use disorder (SUD) an opportunity to improve linkage and retention care. The Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) Bridge Clinic serves a unique patient population that includes individuals with opioid recently presented VUMC complications related use. These are treated by multidisciplinary team addiction agonist therapy as well comorbid medical conditions. aim this study further characterize the cascade care (CoC) bridge clinic setting identify barriers treatment. Methods We performed single-center, ambispective cohort enrolled from 7/1/20 through 6/30/21. Data collection was continued 12/31/21.
